In the beginning...

Okay. Here we go. I've now jumped on the bandwagon - the blogger wagon. I suppose I'll just call it the blahgon.

It's Tuesday, the 3rd of May. How May got here so quick, I've no clue. I read somewhere that we spend the first part of our life getting to 25 and the second part getting to the grave. I now know this is true.

So first, a little introduction. You should know the person writing this is a 40-something writer, specializing in horror. I'm in the midst of adapting one of my short stories, FRESH, into a screenplay. Oy! The horror of it!

Screenplay writing is more of a technical skill than a creative one and I've had to suppress the creative impulse to decorate the prose. It's a no-no. Nevertheless, I'm learning. Oh yes, I'm learning.
